Our Chief Designer, Zhang Guangduo, was born in 1966 in Luoyang, Henan, Han nationality. He is a member of the Communist Party of China.
Graduated from National University of Defense Technology,
department of Computer Science and Technology in 1996, he was awarded doctor's
degree of engineering. As a professor in management field, he worked in
teaching, scientific research, and other administrative departments for years
with deep research on information management of colleges and universities. He
has ever presided at a number of provincial and ministerial topic researches
about education management information, and repeatedly won provincial and
ministerial prizes level first or second on scientific and technological
advancement.
Since March 2000, he was appointed the Chief Designer of Hunan
Kingosoft Company Limited, specialized in the overall design, research and
development of application software in the field of education management.
Through thoroughly analyzing information management status of colleges and
universities at home and abroad, he proposed the design ideas of building
digital campus at an early period of time based on accurately grasping the
development trend of the future, which integrated new concepts of education
management to meet the information management needs of Chinese colleges and
universities. In particular, he has enacted scientific educational affairs
management norms, launched excellent software of educational affairs
management, and established modern educational affairs management mode, which
settled thoroughly a series of difficult problems what used to bother our
teaching-and-learning function. It provides advanced management platform for
practising entirely credit-hour system and constructing digital compus.
June 2007, he was appointed as Executive member of China Education Informatization Board by Information Centre of Education Management, which is a branch of Chinese Ministry of Education.
April 2008, he was appointed as Vice Director of China Education Informatization Board by Information Centre of Education Management, which is a branch of Chinese Ministry of Education.
